Blog Hop?

I am getting ready to participate in a blog hop on October 5th.  I hope you will all stop by and take a look. 

What's a blog hop?  A blog hop is where you go from one blog to another, looking at the artwork that has been created using the same stamp sets or paper packs.  You get to see how many ways you can use the same sets or papers.  Some make really simple items where others may get elaborate.  It's a fun way to get more ideas on how to use your own products. It's September 1st and the new Annual Inspiration 2015-2016 Idea Book is now live.

I am so excited about this new Idea book.  It has been really hard not to share what we have been working on lately.  We have been waiting to share our artwork since Close To My Heart Convention in July.  I have created a Mystery Hostess gathering on my website, any one who orders in the month of September will have their name added to a drawing to be the Mystery Hostess.  What is a Mystery Hostess you ask?  Well one lucky person's name will be drawn from the entries to be the "Mystery Hostess" and that person will get to choose $25.00 in FREE Close To My Heart Products.

Here is a sample of the Nevermore layout that my daughter made along with some cards. Dawn used the new Steam-punk Scoundrels stamp set B1503 from the Annual Inspiration Holiday Expressions 2015 eddition on page 11.  She used old watch parts on the bat and the spiders.

 There are lots of new products in this awesome edition.  I love all the new products.  I can't wait to share them in person at the Crop 4 Vets at the VFW Post 1324 in Oregon City on the 26th of this month. VFW Auxiliary Post 1324 Crop 4 Vets Scrapbooking event!!!

Gather all your friends and come join us for this Crop 4 Vets.  Don't scrapbook, that's ok too. Bring your crochet, knitting, beading or sewing.  We will have a few vendors, Close To My Heart and Stampin' Up, Thirty One, Damsel in Defense and a Licensed Masseuse.  I will be teaching a CTMH
Scrapbooking class(pic below), Nancilee Baker will be teaching a card class with Stampin' Up. We will be holding a silent auction and a Drawing plus lots of fun.  You won't want to miss this.  Hurry and sign up soon as the 36 spots left will go quickly.

Crop 4 Vets update.

I am so excited, today Art Impressions sent me an email stating they would like to donate a few items to our Crop 4 Vets.  This event is really starting to take shape.  Thank you Art Impressions.  Here is a link to their website.  Make sure to take a look at their stamps.  Here are a couple I like.

Donation Request letters sent.

Update on Crop 4 Vets!!!

I am so excited to see this crop start taking shape.  I have been working on this idea for over a year.  I'm happy to announce that I have a Stampin' Up Consultant who will be offering a card class.  More info on that coming later.

I am currently working on a Photo Booth and prizes for the Crop. My new Cricut cartridge will help me a lot.  SO Excited to see so many things I can use for this and share the new Cricut cartridge at the same time.  I will share pics as soon as I possibly can.

Each person will get a ticket for coming and may earn more tickets throughout the event. You can earn tickets by bringing Personal Hygiene products(list below), making pages for our Ladies Auxiliary Scrapbooks, making cards for our troops and participating in games and challenges.
